Booking & Payment
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 14 days ahead.
International clients will receive a secure payment link.
Local clients may pay via bank transfer (details provided upon booking).
Confirmation of Session
Booking a time slot does not constitute confirmation of the session. Sessions are confirmed only once payment has been made. If payment has not been made 24 hours prior to the session, the time slot may be released. International clients will need to send a payment confirmation by email.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
If the consultant needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled within the permitted window, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.
